Bjork - Hyperballad

Bjork. Oh my goodness, Bjork. A true artist in every sense of the word. No artist comes even close to creating a such a rich musical and visual universe. I remember watching her music videos when I was a teen and just being astounded at the creative bonkersness of it all. Prolifically releasing a constantly evolving sound. So much astonishing music, but Hyperballad is my absolute favourite. The beautiful sounds are so incongruous with the complex and at times violent lyrics - Bjork said in an interview that this track is an attempt to capture the balance of a relationship between pleasing your partner, but losing yourself. Blimey - only Bjork could do this with such substance and impact.
